I’m visiting, so tell me all about it?

The Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, is in Hinjewadi location in Pune, which is next to an area called ‘Wakad’ and is almost 25 kms from Pune Airport.

There are two parts to Infotech Park (Phase I & Phase II) where an array of software companies have build their offices. Some Pharmacutical companies like Mcure & Centaur have also setup their workstations at technology Park in Hinjewadi in Pune.

The area is under development, so expect lots of greenry but not many household facilities. That said – you have several Banks like HDFC, ICICI, Bank of Maharashtra, YES Bank and their ATM located inside the IT park. If you need accomodation, your options are to drive back to the city or use one of few hotels like St Laurn, Le Royal Residency located around.
